Too bad the judicial system in the US is also generally corrupt as well.
The Calvary generally only shows up at the right time in the movies. In real life, they were late and tasked with burial duty.
Lawsuits may delay final certification of the Arizona vote, but I highly doubt that a revote will be ordered for Maricopa County. And a revote would be the only equitable outcome of a lawsuit.
I watched yesterday’s hearing, including the 2 plus hour presentation by the election managers as to how they had ‘followed the election rulebook perfectly’.
Well, the presentation by the election managers could be their undoing.
It is one thing to make a presentation in front of a receptive Board of Supervisors who were more than willing to help the two election managers make a point.
However, when these two election managers are put on a witness stand in a lawsuit, then perjury comes into to play.
I have not followed the Maricopa mess that much. But, I saw in the election manager presentations several areas where a plaintiff lawyer would make those managers squirm in a courtroom witness chair.
She’s on her way to being completely marginalized, diminished, etc etc. She’ll take her place right beside Sydney Powell, even on this site. She’ll start looking like a ‘fringe’ kook who can’t ‘get over it’ and ‘just move on’. The certification has taken place and like the well oiled machine that it is, the dem corruption will continue to steamroll America.
Show the entire sausage factory!
Were there any other real reporters in the room?
Because lawsuits have worked so well against election fraud.
