When does the SCOTUS declare the border illegitimate and Invasion as a civil right?
It would make sense that the nation ends with the absurd institutions it erected simply abolishing it by diktat.
If the Supreme Court was of any use they would rule that the government is breaking the constitution by allowing an invasion of the united states.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 8:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
In my adult life, I can name TWO that actually took this to heart and did it. President Reagan and President Trump.
