No, but the clerk is under orders to do this and not do that from those that vote.

There sure are a great deal of eyores here.

I’d like a schrubbery

If that’s a scheming bush, i’m not sure that you want anything to do with it. A nice hedgerow would be nice however. We’ll GoFund that, too.

And you know this how? What we know is that clerk views this case favorably, but nothing more yet.

There sure are a great deal of eyores here.

I've been advocating for a judicial remedy to the 2020 election since it happened. SCOTUS had to hear the Texas v. Pennsylvania, but didn't. SCOTUS isn't required to hear this case. It would be great if happens, but many of us have seen enough weaseling from SCOTUS to be cautious about expectations.

The relief requested is far too broad in scope. It’s crazy to think that every official who failed to believe the election was stolen will be subject to treason charges?

Another Lucy and the football ploy. 7 of the SCOTUS justices are either in on the big steal of 2020 or they fear for theirs and their family members lives to do their jobs. Tyranny works when the thugs suffer no consequences for their crimes.

“world-changing lawsuit that could remove over 380 elected US politicians, including Biden, Harris & former VP Pence, before the end of 2022?”

This will never happen.

Because IF it did, all the hood rats, ghetopotamuses, antifa, and every other liberal psychopath would go berserk making the riots of 2020 look like a weenie roast.

"Why is this case now before the Supreme Court?"

Probably because the Justices decided they weren't immune to radiation.

Some people think the Courts have the authority and power to overturn the Congress and the Executive too.

They have overturned both. For Executive Orders for example, in Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer, the Supreme Court struck down Executive Order 10340, issued by President Harry Truman, which ordered Secretary of Commerce Charles Sawyer to seize control of a majority of the nation’s steel mills in anticipation of a steelworker strike during the Korean War. The court held that President Truman lacked the constitutional or statutory power to seize private property.

For elections, fraud vitiates everything. Any wronged individual, in this case Kari Lake and the citizens of Arizona, may have the court find for them.

This case is before SCOTUS because they CHOSE to review this case.>>> They chose so they could reject the legals. There is nothing to investigate. The states should have sent competing electors. Congress had no knowledge of any issues if the representatives did not bring up any issues. case close. Even Pense, who should have lobbied some of the states to send competing electors, could do nothing as there were no issues raised by congress. The have sole responsibility for the electors from the states they represent.

It’s not going to change anything.

It was stupid of whoever published this to put “fix” in the headline. Nothing’s going to fix things now, and when people read the headline they assume it means the opposite of what the writer intended.

"This case will cme to nothing."

That is a real possibility BUT if FOUR justices think otherwise, then maybe, just maybe we don't live in a Banana Republic after all. I've always thought that they have been given enough rope to hang themselves...

RUMBLE VIDEO Scotus accepts case

It is all “Hopium and chanting” at this point.

Communism has reached our most inner circles and here we are. The thinking people stand alone.

Courts, Congress, Senate and 3 pathetic generations of american worthless parents & their youths...

They waited until the “Greatest Generation” passed. Think for a second, this wasn’t planned?

Or perhaps four justices will publicly shame the others for not having the guts to decide Texas v. Pennsylvania which SCOTUS was constitutionally mandated to here and decide. (I don't expect that pseudo Justice Jackson will be voting to hear this case as it could make her justiceship very tainted.) A great deal of damage was done to the Republic from the failure of SCOTUS to hear that case. Blaming the congresscritters who failed to investigate the fraud would be just so much finger pointing from SCOTUS to obscure the fact that had they acted sooner, Congress would not have been needed to decide anything.

1) Supreme Court Clerk CHOSE this case & Clerk assisted with filing
2) Lame Duck Congress planning to expand SC to 15 seats, pack court, reduce lifetime tenure of Justices - an open secret in DC
3) SC votes for plaintiff, it thrives as designed
4) SC denies plaintiff, it becomes irrelevant overnight
5) SC won’t be required to claim “Trump won”
6) SC only claims law was clearly ignored, violated
7) SC lives or dies with this decision in hand
8) Bitch & moan all you wish, these are the facts
