I would think you could also be sued if you certify rigged results.

“I would think you could also be sued if you certify rigged results.”
Ah, but the court would find the litigants had no ‘standing’ to sue.

Courts and officials nationwide are basically taking the position that if the public doesn't like an election's results, it's up to the public to make state legislatures change the rules before the next one - but don't dare to ask them to stick their necks out and get them chopped off by the Deep State orchestrators of results already on the books.

Maricopa has 2/3s of registered voters and it’s a good bet those rolls are very out of date.
The other counties likely didn’t have the fraud that Maricopa had although some held out as a statement to the clear fraud of Maricopa.

Bless her heart, thinking she can win an election post 2020. Thanks for not even trying anything meaningful, Stable Genius.

Any remedy in the courts? Democracies are fake if the vote certifiers are free to cheat without legal redress.

It seems as though the Ballot Box is no longer the solution.

If I’m Dems, I’m suing to make sure the votes in Cochise County are thrown out since they didn’t certfiy them.
Dems lost the State Superintendent of Public Education race by a narrow margin, and will probably win it without Cochise County. Also, in the Attorney General race the Dem is only ahead by 510 votes out of 2.5 million. With Cochise votes disqualified, the Dem is ahead by thousands of votes and doesn’t have to worry about losing a recount.

Is Fox News covering the Arizona debacle? I don’t see much reporting on it so far.

Apparently, they can't certify the state as a whole until each county certifies. So, the next step is that the Dems will file for a writ of mandamus to compel the Cochise County election board to certify the election. If they refuse, they will be held in contempt of court, fined or jailed, etc. If they can not certify until Jan. 1st, 2022, all hell breaks lose because there would be no governor, or acting governor, and no one certified as having won the state house races, federal elections, etc. How long can the Cochise board hold out against judicial pressure? It might be a good time for them to take a foreign vacation.

They probably want it swept under the rug/no attention given...so, I wouldn’t be one bit surprised if they are NOT.

If anyone knows of any organized protests in the next few days, please message me with info. Yeah yeah "START ONE YOURSELF" blah blah.. I know..
Seriously, please inform.
Otherwise, WE'RE F'D. When the government starts STEALING ELECTIONS AWAY FROM THE CITIZENRY, it's CURTAINS for America. We are now NO DIFFERENT than Brazil. Oh wait, AT LEAST THE MILITARY IS ON THE SIDE OF THE GOOD GUY IN BRAZIL (BOLSANARO).. Can't say THAT is the U.S., can we..
I won't be voting anymore. Elections are FAKE, voting is FAKE. Democracy is FAKE.
