Perhaps the “legal experts” could explain how Darrel Brooks, now convicted killer of six White people, escaped “hate crime” charges for something that was obviously motivated by hate.

He killed white folks. That's the answer. We've been told crimes against whites cannot be hate crimes because whites are the majority population.

Hate crime charge is being used as a political tool back and forth between Left and Right.
The important charge is murder and or the Felony crime charges that will be proven in court.
