Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) on Wednesday congratulated Katie Hobbs (D) on her victory to succeed him after Republican nominee Kari Lake declined to concede the race.
Hobbs was declared the winner of the high-profile gubernatorial race last week, and Ducey on Wednesday met with her and offered his full support to begin the transition amid GOP allegations of voter disenfranchisement.

Not sure Ducey won legitimately either.
This election was fraudulent. It should never be certified. Election processes must be neutral; they cannot be rigged to favor one party over another.
I don’t know if he congratulated her, but he probably voted for her.

They’ve been counted. The margin is great enough that it is very unlikely the certification process will change the outcome. If it does, Ducey - or Ducifer, as he is sometimes known - will then congratulate Lake.
Lake was ahead by an average of 2 points in the polls in the final week. That was within the margin of error. And Lake screwed up by telling McCain Republicans to get out of here - NOT PRUDENT days before the election. Not even prudent after the election, but certainly not before! It also hurt that the AZ AG went on national TV the week prior and attacked Lake as a nut!
Maricopa was the center of power for Juan McCain. Spit on McCain in Maricopa County and it will cost the Republican votes. The GOP-E was deafening in their silence before the election, and some of them openly attacked Lake. When Republicans are divided, Democrats rejoice. They didn’t need fraud when the GOP was still fighting each other thru election day.
