Military Sued for Barring People With HIV From Enlisting

The U.S. military is being sued over a policy that prevents people living with HIV from enlisting in the armed forces. The lawsuit was filed November 10 by Lambda Legal, which advocates for the LGBTQ and HIV communities and argues that the policy is “senseless” and “discriminatory.”

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of three plaintiffs: Isaiah Wilkins, a 23-year-old Black gay cisgender man; Carol Coe, a 32-year-old Latina transgender lesbian; and Natalie Noe, a 32-year-old cisgender straight woman of Indigenous Australian descent living in California, according to a Lambda Legal press release. All plaintiffs are HIV positive.

Of course it would. You cannot enlist as a diabetic, for example. High blood pressure? Nope. Yes, there are a lot.

They are probably like the transgender wannabes ... join the military and get free “medical care”.

OK, I thought "cis" was the new, hip term for straight....not that I really care to know . . .

Epilepsy, asthma, long term medicine use, physical deformities, missing appendages, bad vision, high BP, low bp, heart issues, and on and on are reasons to bar enlistment. Even sleep disorders. I was a navy recruiter and had to try my best to screen out prospects with any of these issues before sending them for a physical. HOWEVER I was not allowed to ask about HIV. Go figure.

It having to take a boat load of medicines and reduce your combat effectiveness is a bigger issue.

Recruitment is down b/c so few can pass the ASVAB.

My husband used to give it. There were years when not a single test taker passed at his school.

BS. It’s the wokeness. The young men that would make good decent recruits are staying away. I am not buying the CYA cover story. You can if you want too.

I believe it is a combination of things that are keeping our youth from “joining up.”

It was certainly the “wokeness” in my own family as our two youngest eschewed military service (family tradition going back to the Civil War). Both fully understood that the military is virulently anti-White.

Both took the ASVAB and scored near the top, one can’t get the recruiters off of his back, he said he’s going to change his phone number. The other one made the correct decision not to join and has never looked back.

I believe it is a combination of things that are keeping our youth from “joining up.”

Imagine telling recruits at MEPS that they could be sharing a foxhole with an HIV-positive transgender lesbian who only was allowed to join the military after a lawsuit. Better yet, tell that to every man and woman currently serving. That's where we are and that is exactly where those nutbags want us to be.

Meanwhile, the Chicoms are drilling their kindergarten classes to exercise and work as a team, steering their social media accounts to teach them engineering and jailing men who act too feminine.

What about diabetics? That's another condition that makes for rejection from the military.

But of course, diabetes is not a sacrament of the Democratic Party.

Okay, my standard warning about HIV causing premature aging. Since 2011, scientists have known that HIV causes its infected to prematurely age 14 years. This aging causes many diseases, like kidney disease, cancers, and many more. This aging happens even when being treated with antiretrovirals. Since HIV infection causes the infected to age 14 years, I assume they die 14 years early. It is unsafe and unacceptable to allow HIV infected into the military.
As I said, this information has been known for 11 years. Why isn’t this widely known? To check FR articles on HIV caused premature aging, check FR keywords hivaging and hivacceleratedaging.

Oh, bleep! I forgot to post this info to all. Those who’ve read my warning posts before are probably grateful.

Nobody wants to have to worry about HIV blood being splattered all over them when they are in a battle.
= =

Maybe they wear a big HIV painted on their helmet, and charge the enemy.
