We don’t know the ‘motive’, but LGBTQ neighbors I have had over the years were violently jealous and had the cops called more than once.
One gay guy neighbor had all his pickup trucks lights busted by a jealous boyfriend.................
We used to live in the area many many years ago. The neighborhood is dirty and crime ridden now. Colo Spgs has changed a lot in recent years. Not the nice place that we remember.
