Genius, who let him out of jail last year?
First Amendment in the Bill of Rights, prohibits the government from making “hate crimes” charges.
Shooter was gay
What was he hating?
“Shooting at LGBTQ nightclub ‘has all the trappings of a hate crime’”
...my guess it was by a fellow LGBTQer.
Very few things offend me more than this term “Hate Crime”.
Would these people who were killed be any less dead if killer didn’t hate them? It’s insulting beyond belief.
Um, maybe the police should have done something when he threatened to kill his family with a bomb
That was my thought also. This morning the news is sold pedalling the ‘hate crime’ angle. When I read he still lived at home and got off on the weapons charge last year, I knew he was a special person.
No. It “has all the trappings” of Russian disinformation. LOL
Is there a possbility that the assclown that did it was rejected by or ‘cheated on’ by one of the rump rangers and was in a hissy?
Most other shootings are born of “love” don’t you know.
If the motive is still “unclear” just means that the authorities are busy taking orders from the left to come up with something they can use against normal people.
Is it true he’s a big doofus, like Lennie from Of Mice and Men ?
Roger that. Will it be worse if he was also wearing a flannel shirt at the time? Or even worse, a COTTON shirt which automatically makes one think of slavery. Fidiots!
“Soft pedalling” Now there’s an old school term.
And, isn’t ‘has the trappings’ the same as ‘has the hallmarks’?
Weasel words.
Anyone that murders another human is guilty of a hate crime…there should be no special circumstance that qualifies a crime as a hate crime…are victims any less dead if the crime is not deemed a hate crime by liberals?…’hate crime’ is an arbitrary tool used by the left to push their agenda…
Well, nanzi did decry the “senseless slaughter” at the club. That makes me wonder if she approves of “sensible slaughter” then. I really ‘dislike’ these people.
