Rupert Murdoch-owned media outlets, including Fox News, have ramped up attacks on Donald Trump after the former president declared his run to reclaim the nation's top office.
Even before Trump made his announcement Tuesday night, The New York Post ran an opinion column headlined, "Bore! Donald Trump has gone and lost his swing."
"It's very hard to see how Trump could ever win the White House again, so the result is foretold: A Trump nomination would make him a two-time loser and mean four more years of a Democrat in the Oval Office," the Post's Michael Goodwin wrote at the end of his column.
The Post continued to portray Trump negatively after his campaign kickoff announcement.
The newspaper reported that Trump's prime-time declaration was ignored by network news outlets, only partially running on CNN and Fox News Channel, and also that "conservatives and liberals alike" were "expressing dismay" on Twitter of the former president's decision.
The Post's front page also displayed a story that highlighted the famous no-shows — including Trump's daughter Ivanka — and technical issues at the Mar-a-Lago announcement.
The Post and The Wall Street Journal, also owned by Murdoch, published stories about how Trump's support among Republicans is lagging.

They’re not doing it out of love of country, they’re afraid of him and they want to pick our candidates for us.
I’m the first one to criticize Trump for his dumb cabinet picks and stupid comments, but I remain staunchly in his camp for 2024 based solely on the fact that all the forces aligned against him are also hellbent on destroying us (Americans, the Constitution, Christianity...)

The FOX people think they’re powerful enough to derail Trump and his supporters.
Trump needs to pick a new network that doesn’t try to kill his chances. FOX will have to follow Trump’s campaign rallies and will have to try to bring him in for interviews, but, Trump should refuse.

His enemies have tried this “he’s boring now” tack over the last day or so. What a stupid tactic. As the election nears and America descends further into chaos his presence will be anything but boring. They wish!
Fox made a fortune off coverage of the business leader Trump making a foray into politics. They and all the networks dropped like a boulder in a pond when it was over. So now they have nothing to win by being loyal to Trump.

So there is no one who’s still supporting trump.
It is not so much Trump, as it is the tea party. We need tea party candidates not fake ones like many that jumped on board in 2010. Trump was one of the few that didn’t just talk the talk.
newsmax is too in a way- squashing any talk about elections being rigged or funny- their view is to ‘just move on’ and not talk about it or even investigate it- they believe just like the dems do that any investigation amounts to being an ‘election denier’ apparently-
