Still haven’t called CA-3 and CA-22, which will be Rep wins or Boebert in CO. Reps will have 221 or 222. The Garcia race should have been called days ago.

Sounds like she’ll have lots and lots of time to join a Nunnery and get right with God.

So the media has been playing us all along. They knew R won the house days ago and forgot to report it. We did much better than we technically should have. More house and senate seats to defend and less money. The red wave was a fallacy created by the D’S.

Well, they’ll just turn around and join the sinate in passing bills to protect homo marriage. No difference in the two groups.

All kinds of things might well happen in the six weeks before the new Congress is sworn in. It might well be the democrats/rhinos/lame ducks will want to poke a finger in the eyes of the electorate that failed to vote the correct way.

But, there will be a difference. Republicans will control all committees. Perhaps they can convene a special committee to investigate the Biden crime family. All members of said committee will be appointed by the new Speaker of the House, of course. The committee will have subpoena power and there will be no cross examination of witness allowed—that’s only fair and there is recent precedence for such an arrangement.

Alas the subpoena power will be crippled by the fact that the Justice will decline to prosecute any who defy the subpoena or who lie under oath should they comply.

here is what is ironic, there is a good chance the final split will be 222 to 212, and yet the media is trying to spin this as a loss when THAT IS THE EXACT MAJORITY THE DEMOCRATS HAD BEFORE THE ELECTION!!!!!

Add to that the Republicans got about 5 or 6 million more House votes than the Democrats did?

Does anybody remember when that happened last?

It's great that Trump's red tsunami of patriot voters won control of House despite probably plenty of Democratic-rigged elections.

H O W E V E R...

Patriots need to bear in mind that many FReepers probably know and respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers much better than the Trump-endorsed, thin majority House Republicans do.

In other words. we're still going to be seeing the House unconstitutionally making domestic policy based on stolen state powers, policy which includes unconstitutional, anaccountable spending of stolen state revenues, such revenues stolen by means of unconstitutional federal taxes.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

Also, consider that the BIG problem that Trump had in trying to win red Senate is this. Because of staggered six year terms for senators, it would take Trump up to three election cycles, possibly more, up to six years or more, to get rid of the 100% crook RINOs to flip the Senate thin majority red, RINOs that us misguided, constitutionally-low information patriots have been electing to Senate using our 17th Amendment powers.

Insights welcome.

Mcarthy doesn’t have the stones to hold hearings. He’ll claim so in the interest of bi-partisanship.

This shows that the Republicans in California have learned how to play the “Mail in Ballots” game.

Until 2018, Garcia’s district (Northern LA county, high desert) was a safe GOP district.
