Election fraud: Where is your evidence? That has been the common reply from Democrats and Bush family-allied Republicans

A common reply from Democrats and Bush family-allied Republicans to charges of election fraud in the 2020 and 2022 elections is that those making the charge have “had their day in court and failed to produce substantive evidence to make their case.” In fact, in July 2022, The Hill proudly proclaimed that a conservative group found ‘absolutely no evidence of widespread fraud’ in the 2020 election. The Hill was unconcerned with the fact that this group is made up exclusively of Republicans closely tied to the Bush family, none of whom have forgotten that Donald Trump humiliated Jeb Bush during the 2016 presidential primaries.

Here is the list of the “eight prominent conservatives” who were members of the group that issued the report:

Sen. John Danforth (R-Mo.);
Benjamin Ginsberg, a longtime Republican lawyer;
Judge Thomas Griffith (retired), whom George W. Bush appointed to the D.C. Circuit appellate court;
David Hoppe, chief of staff to former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.);
Judge J. Michael Luttig (retired), whom George H.W. Bush appointed to the Fourth Circuit appellate court;
Judge Michael McConnell, whom George W. Bush appointed to the Tenth Circuit appellate court;
Theodore Olson, solicitor general under former President George W. Bush;
Sen. Gordon Smith (R-Or, retired).

Sounds like a completely unbiased and fair group of statesmen, doesn’t it?

In reality, it looks more like the gang of intelligence agency hacks who determined that Hunter Biden’s laptop was most likely “Russian disinformation” shortly before the 2020 election.

There’s a good reason that crime scenes are secured with yellow police line tape. It prevents criminals from tampering with and destroying evidence. In the case of the past two elections (2020 presidential and 2022 midterms), no such security measures were taken. In many cases, Democrats had full access to polling places and drop boxes, and had army of “ballot harvesters” at their disposal.

There are numerous reports of missing hard drives, thumb drives, and voter logs that are crucial to preparing successful court cases. The fraudsters know this, and the multitude of pre-election court cases brought by DNC lawyers such as Marc Elias further weakened election security measures in the name of combating “voter suppression.” Elias shrewdly exploited the Covid lockdown to attack ballot security rules and open the door to fraud and shenanigans by operatives in the battleground states that he targeted.

Suppose you go to play poker and instead of shuffling the deck and letting you cut it, the dealer has a packages of what he says are "pre-shuffled" that he opens and then deals out.

Can you prove the dealer cheated?

If the dealer than appears to have extraordinary luck in what cards are dealt one might expect he cheated.

But the dealer could ask: "Where is your evidence?"

Mail in ballots are like pre-packaged decks. We should not be required to prove they cheated when they set up the system so that the could cheat at will. They should have to use a system that we can be relatively certain of, like shuffling in front of us and letting us cut the deck.

Where is your evidence.

Federal Government, in all its forms, regularly use Prima Facie logic and circumstantial evidence in its cases, PARTICULARLY in civil rights and voting cases.

For example, not having enough ballots in a voting district heavily populated by blacks is more than enough for DOJ to charge denial of rights/voter suppression

Same with conservative polling places in AZ. Or people dropping multiple ballots in boxes where harvesting is not allowed is very strong circumstantial evidence of fraud. Or scores of ballots sent to wrong addresses or warehouses, or counting some votes faster than others - ITS ALL EVIDENCE

What we are looking at re: Elections is just what the Cycling Association addressed with doping. It came to pass that the only way to be competitive in the sport was to cheat via doping.

It went undetected, maybe by design, and if you did not dope - you could not win.

After years of cheating it took a concerted effort to spotlight the problem then use uber-enforcement and the cheaters were jettisoned from competition.

I think only Trump can lead the necessary election clean-up as he is not dependent on spoils of victory.

The whole premise of the question is reversed:

The people do not have to demonstrate there was no election fraud: the government has to conduct elections in a way that demonstrates they were free and fair.

With unrestricted early voting, mail-in balloting, and "curing" ballots already cast and vote "counting" that stretches weeks after election day there is no way the government can show that.
