There is no way to put him in the presidency now because of fraud that happened long ago. Any more than Nixon can be placed or even noted as an asterisk because of Chicago fraud.
Nixon can't become President again because 1) he's dead, and 2) he's constitutionally ineligible because he was elect POTUS twice. Trump is neither of those things. If Trump is named Speaker he is second in line to the presidency. If Joe and the Ho get impeached, or the election is decertified, then Trump as Speaker becomes president, even if he isn't certified the real winner of the 2020 Election. You need to think more before posting.

You think more.
Just how is this ancient “decertification” going to happen?
Train left the station. Cannot be undone. Not without even MORE chaos a~la riots like Venezuela and Colombia, etc.

While I’m supportive of your hopes, please explain to me what Constitutional remedy there is to a “de-certified” election.
According to the Constitution, once a slate of electors is certified by Congress (rightly or otherwise), there is no remedy at that point. At least not one that I can find. Impeachment and conviction is the only Constitutional way to remove a certified president (notice I didn’t say elected, selected, installed, etc).
What you are suggesting would trigger a Constitutional crisis for which there is no remedy, nor is there support to amend the Constitution to resolve it...not to mention the ex post facto prohibition of the Constitution.

Presume the GOP has 220 Members on January 3.
How many do you think would vote for Donald Trump as Speaker? 5?
