Exactly. The Democrats knew that DeSantis cleaned up the electoral process in Florida. They want to preserve Arizona as part of the "blue wall" that will prevent Trump, DeSantis, or any other Republican, except perhaps some RINO like Pence if they feel the need to let the GOP take some blame, from winning the White House. They might even have let Lee Zeldin win New York as that state is so solidly blue that, to quote Nancy Pelosi's useful phrase, a glass of water would be elected President on the D ticket.

Yep. Hobbs is a big, fat thief. She is illegitimate, and any EO she imposes upon the people of Arizona should be disobeyed or ignored, and any legislation she signs should be considered null and void as law.
Doug Ducey never cleaned up the elections in Arizona. Now Biden will win the state in 2024.
