Forced to APOLOGIZE???As Secretary of State, Hobbs has responsibility for the election and this debacle is all her doing.
She should resign immediately as SOS, turn it over to somebody competent for the interim, withdraw from the Governor's race, and hang her head in shame.
She is clearly not qualified to be governor. This gross incompetence is a disgrace to Arizona and all SOS's.
