Donald Trump has stepped up his attacks on Republicans and potential 2024 presidential election rivals by saying Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin couldn't have won without his support.
The former president wrote on Friday morning that 'Young Kin' is a name that 'sounds Chinese' and that he helped him get the 'MAGA vote' in his victory over Democrat Terry McAuliffe in November 2021.
It comes after Trump laid into Ron DeSantis by calling him 'average' and claimed that he sent in the FBI to 'stop ballot theft' when he won the Florida Governor race in 2018.
'Young Kin (now that’s an interesting take. Sounds Chinese, doesn’t it?) in Virginia couldn’t have won without me,' he posted on Truth Social.
'I Endorsed him, did a very big Trump Rally for him telephonically, got MAGA to Vote for him - or he couldn’t have come close to winning. But he knows that, and admits it. Besides, having a hard time with the Dems in Virginia - But he’ll get it done!'

Yes he knows the world leader better than most and knows what they will deal with and not and that is a major issue in these times.
The democrats will get behind anyone who wants to get in the arena because they fear Trump so much he stopped many of their Hunter type of deals.

Both their states still use RCV-enabled voting machines.
Both states still have early voting.
Both states have mail-in voting.
Both states have refused to secure free and fair elections for their citizenry.

Maybe it's a common theme because it's true.
I was a very reluctant Trump voter in 2016 because I didn't trust that he was an actual conservative. He was close to my last choice in the primary. The only reason I ended up voting for him in the general election in 2016 was his promise to select judges after consulting with the Federalist Society, whose views I do trust.
He turned out to govern much more conservatively than I thought he would, so I voted for him much more enthusiastically in 2020. Especially since there wasn't even a primary, and it wasn't a close call between him and any Democrat.
But now, I'm just sick of him constantly saying stupid things that needlessly alienate swing voters. I have friends and family members who are lifelong Republicans who have sworn they won't vote for him in 2024. I don't want to lose another presidential election so the Democrats, so there is no way in hell I would support Donald Trump in the primary in 2024.
If you want to think that I got some script at some seminar, feel free. I really don't care. I"m expressing my own opinions to some folks here who may share some of those views. For conspiracy nuts who believe that anyone who disagrees with them must be a plant...have a blessed day!

It is sad that Trump is ending his political career like this. He’s 76, and these mental breakdowns under stress sometimes occur to us old people.
It is understandable that the only-Trumpers are suffering from denial and grief. When you recover, please join us in 2024 in electing President Ron DeSantis.
I think that someday Trump will be remembered in history for his great first 3 years, the Abraham accords, and the Serbia-Kosovo treaty. He was certainly the most successful one-term President since James Knox Polk.

Wrong. This is very simple to understand.
People are fair weather friends, especially in Politics. Trump has seen enough in his life to know and value loyalty, not kiss-the-ring, just being appreciative and sticking together. SO MANY in DC have used Trump when they needed help - including DeSantis and others who ran - and then do a soft acknowledgement or a run-away from - including the CORRUPT STOLEN 2020 election that wrongfully deprived Trump of what was legally his - that he fought for - the 2nd term Presidency. MANY in and out of the party, let alone all the press and haters have wanted to destroy him, deny him any power, recognition, etc - THAT HE EARNED.
When he complains about 2020 - it is a CORRUPT SYSTEM - it’s not sour grapes. Funny - God Himself lists CORRUPT WEIGHTS AND BALANCES as one of the 7 things HE loathes, despises, hates. 2020 was a perfect example of this.
So Trump is just speaking blunt truth - people used him for his name recognition when it helped them, then ran away from him when ‘appropriate’ instead of STAYING TRUE TO THE CONVICTIONS OF WHAT THEY SAID THEY FELT ABOUT him.
That’s what Trump meant with the Don Bolduc guy - I watched it - in the debate when the scum journalist asked Bolduc about 2020, Bolduc waffled and gave some non-fighting-fire-in-the-belly answer you’d expect from a General. Bolduc should have said “Yes, of course it was stolen but the courts and MSM deprived Trump of his full day in court”.
The Paul Ryan’s of the world are orchestrating a full-on press to bring Trump and MAGA down. It takes intestinal fortitude to PAY ATTENTION and stick with the values and the people that are true.

I have been an ardent President Trump supporter from the get go. But activities like this leave a sour taste in my mouth.

Trump is for Trump. Parties don’t matter. I’ve never seen him fight hard against the DS. He supported funding the fbi, nsa, cia etc more than the history of America. The very first place he visited after the inauguration was the CIA, to support it as a institution. Trump will burn the house down, and the DS will supply the matches to him.
Reagan used to say “It is amazing what you can get done if you let other people take the credit!” Wish Trump would listen to Reagan’s advice.
