They can’t just print ballots.

They cannot go over the number of registered voters in each precinct or district.

There has to be a method that they use to determine exactly how many ballots they can print in each one to get the right total.................

When I was doing elections, the ballots came from the print shop sequentially numbered. Each precinct was given a batch with an assigned sequence. Every single ballot had to be accounted for at the end of the night, either voted (the counting machine would record that), or turned in after polls closed. It doesn’t sound like any state does that.

Printing out ballots in site is crazy!
