LAKE WAITS: Arizona Has Only Counted 70% of the Vote TWO DAYS After Polls Closed

allot counters in Arizona continued their work Thursday nearly two full days after polls closed in the state, raising serious questions over why the official tally is taking so long.

As of this report, officials have verified just 70% of the vote.

Democrat Katie Hobbs holds a razor-thin lead over Republican Kari Lake, 50.3% to 49.7%.

“One of the reasons that I will win is the voters in Arizona are tired of shoddy elections that are run by imbeciles. And that’s going to change,” Lake told Tucker Carlson.

Watch her remarks above.

I guess we will have to be patient then. My first reaction to this is somebody’s cheating, though.

FOX NEWS called it immediately. It took nearly a week to finish the count and he “lost” by 11,000 votes out of 3 million!

Are the U-Haul trucks still unloading?

There have already been a story or two about late-arriving ballots via rent-a-trucks in a few other places ...

BTW, a few years back Martha McSally was my Congresswoman. In one of her elections, she WON - but it was final until 17 December (IIRC)! And her tiny lead increased slightly during that long delay. Just looked it up:

“With 100% of the votes counted, McSally had a 161-vote lead and declared victory on November 12, 2014, but because the margin of victory was less than 1%, an automatic recount was called on December 1. On December 17, the official recount declared McSally the winner by 167 votes.”

Yes good point. When the absentee ballot is received in Maine it is checked against the voter list for the ward. If the person has already voted the absentee ballot is not opened. Also, if a person come to vote after the absentee ballot has been received, his or name is checked marked on the voter list and reminded that they have already voted and sent on their way.

A fair number of Maine Republicans lost on Tuesday because the large number of absentee ballots submitted, 3x the usual amount in my ward.

Late voters tend to be GOP voters, lotsa conservatives (especially in Arizona) do not trust mail-ins.
—Also just heard Lake on Bongino saying that 70 of 200 machines had problems, she was very upbeat not only for her own situation but for Masters as well.
—Bongino very unhappy with GOP voters insisting on voting last minute while Dems are “hurry up and vote” people.
—What could go wrong waiting until last day?
—Plenty. Lines are long, machine doesn’t work, you go to another voting center many miles away, another problem “oh you must have signed in at the other voting centers” and suddenly you have to get your kids from school and you go away thinking “well, it’s just one vote….”

I’m not seeing, at this time, how Lake pulls it off. Can you think of how?

“Let’s be fair. Recent election history has given people enough reason to be disillusioned with our country’s election system (places like Florida as a state excepted).”

Florida was pure hell during DeSantis first gov run and earlier. Dade county would wait to report their totals until after the panhandle closed and counted (1 hour later and conservative) so they knew how many votes to manufacture. DeSantis barely against the worse candidate in the history of Florida (Gay Sex, Overdosed Prostitute, and Drugs in Hotel room soon after the election).

After the election, DeSantis fired the Dade County Election Supervisor, now all of a sudden they can count their votes almost before the panhandle is close and Florida turned deep Red and republicans almost won Dade.

Perfect example of cheating being stemmed.

If we had absentee ballots, we’d be fine. It is having the state mail out ballots by the MILLIONS that screws everything up!

It is stupid and needs to be changed, but I have super conservative friends who ripped my head off when I said so. They love “the convenience”!

We should go back to absentee ballots by request WITH A REASON and maybe a 2-3 day early vote period.

NO.NO. NO.

MAGA has won it.

They just don’t want you to know it yet. AZ coupled with Florida would pop quite a few blue balloons.

Later.

Mr Rogers:
Republicans tend to vote late. It’s a significant pattern, observed over time. Might not be enough to get Masters over the line.

We need penalties for voting districts that can’t deliver fast results.

Yes. There were reports out of Maricopa indicating 3 of 4 people showing up to vote on Election Day were Republicans. Many had filled their ballot out at home and carried them in to be counted because they don’t trust the mail. Those people are normally hugely conservative.

So it is possible that with 300,000 votes left in Maricopa, 200,000+ will be for Lake and under 100,000 for Hobbs. It is different in other states, based on the order they count ballots. That would give Lake a margin of 100,000 votes!

I voted in person last week. I didn’t realize it would be treated like a mail in ballot. As of this morning, my vote has not been counted. The good news is I could go online, find my vote was verified and will be counted in batch T5, and that batch T5 is waiting to be counted. Looks like it will be counted in Pima County today.

I really hope that the two of them win!

I've been listening to Kari Lake all morning. She is 100% confident she will be declared winner when this fiasco is over. She is already working with her transition team and moving on. She said the exact same thing at the primary when the exact same nonsense went on. She is incredibly smart and plugged-in and she knows the actual situation way more than anyone here.

This is the tantrum throwing spoiled toddler move. Leftards are angry that they will lose so they drag the vote count out.
Similar to holding their breath until they get their way. Kicking and screaming.
