They took so long to count, I believe, at the direction of the establishment. They wanted to paint a picture that the red wave was a bust and use it to blast Trump as needing to go. They knew the states where the Fox was in and where it was not. If Fetterman was going to lose in PA, you can bet that count would still be going on now.
