If Trump campaigned from his basement ala Biden he would still beat Desantis....you need to have some hints of TDS for Desantis to seem ok...he grates on people...he is only option in Florida, as it is becoming a republican state.

I wanted DeSantis before Trump announced for president last time. I kept seeing Ron on TV and just really thought he would be a great president. But I will take ANY Republican over ANY Democrat!

I think that Trump’s self destructing. He’s presenting himself as a primary opponent for DeSantis maybe? I don’t know what the future holds. But PDJT is alienating potential voters. I notice that some FR members will froth at the mouth to hear it. But I know for the fact that some ‘conservatives’ who would ordinarily vote for someone like DeSantis would not vote for Trump because he doesn’t have an executive demeanor. If Trump tries to go a 3rd party he’ll split the vote and might as well write in a democrat.
It’s kinna sad because I really do like President Trump. He is a remarkable and accomplished individual. But He’s got zero impulse control, makes him an easy target for character attacks.
