Now that’s the best pronoun use I’ve seen!
“was/were”...

Elon, listen up bruh, only going to say this once: Dude, they don’t care about the 1st Amendment or any other idea of America. They are Marxist totalitarians, bruh. America’s Bill of Rights is a giant turd in their punch bowl. They don’t want to talk with you, they want to kill you.
Hope you got it. I was as clear as I could be.

United Airlines and REI are among the companies that said they will suspend advertising on Twitter amid growing fear that misinformation and hate speech would be allowed to proliferate on the platform under Elon Musk’s leadership.

how can we invest in twitter?
Elon deserves our support... can we assist by preferred vendor support of his platform advertisors?
just asking for a friend.

I was going to suggest supporting Twitter advertisers and letting them know the reason for your patronage with a letter or email, but I just looked at a few pages on Twitter and didn't see any advertisers at all. We could boycott the companies that we know are boycotting Twitter and let them know why they're losing sales. Again, I suggest contacting the companies directly, rather than tweeting. Twitter continues to be home to a disproportionately large number of leftists, and if we use Twitter to make our criticisms, I think we are likely to provoke a reaction that might make companies think that leftwing sentiment is stronger than it really is.
