I thought the FBI had folks working in both the proud boys and the oath keepers. Both organizations were basically reporting their activities to the FBI and I think they might have even received payments...

If you want to parse words so as not to put your ass in a sling one might say, “Is it hard to imagine that any number of people might feel that they would like to see Nancy Pelosi suspended from a light pole?”

I read this more as a colloquialism.
Maybe it is the way and where I grew up, but I have heard that phrase quite often in many circumstances. Like all colloquialisms the words do not mean what they say. My father often told the boys if they did this or that he’d hang’m from the nearest lamppost.
Would he actually do that? No.
The left has no problem allowing violent criminals out of jail to re-offend...er well except for David DePape and he is locked up tight behind bars in perpetuity because well you know.
But one guy makes a remark about hanging Pelosi and he must be sent to the gulag because he said something that never happened.

If we imprisoned every leftist who wished an equally nasty fate on Trump, there’d be none of them running loose.
IF I were prosecuted for saying unkind things about Nancy Pelosi I would probably get the Death Penalty, which is exactly what these communist scum would like to do with all of us who oppose their agenda. Sometimes a Lamp Post is the only option.
