A bit odd, is it not, that the political party that so speciously hawks "democracy" is the party of the superdelegate?

Deceit.

It's the Democrats' middle name.

Emphatically so. To call them "liars" gives them wiggle room, since many of them try not to lie outright. If accused of lying, they'll smugly claim the high ground because they didn't actually lie. But to call them "deceivers" nails it; calculated misdirection and deceptive wording is De⋔onicRats stock in trade.

If they're called out on it, it's not hard to recognize their deceptive words or behavior as despicable. They can't easily deny "deception", and if they reflect on their actions at all (admittedly not common for De⋔onicRats) they'll get defensive instead of smug.
