Is this issue about the sites being created 10/26 legitimate? Can the dates be verified and can the originator be tracked down?

It is inferred because its presence on Archive.org only began the other day. If it had been around for awhile, the fact that it wasn't blocked by the Wayback Machine means that it would have had a longer archive history than just a few days.

It's not reasonable to infer that the site had been around for a long time but that archiving was just turned on the other day.

Occam's Razer would suggest that the site was created just the other day.
