The problem right now is everything is speculation. And even the facts we hear now either can be fictional or true. I have never known the media to get the story straight the first time (very few journalist left). Almost everything that is reported immediately after the event is nonsense.
But I would bet you $100 right now that he was not walking around (barefoot?) the neighborhood in his underpants. It was 52 degrees out. The high-end neighborhood homes should have a ton of footage of this, of which I am sure the FBI is going to take from the owners and keep from the public.
I could see him going in his underwear . He was a nudist. He could have been having some kind of mental break or hopped on one of those drugs that makes you do crazy things. Dont know the current craze.

I will be shocked if this ever goes to trial. Pelosi may pay the guy to cop a plea to a reduced sentence. I certainly don’t believe the story that they are trying to portray right now
