All of the reporting, including the cops news appearances are cover-ups.
A clue:
What is the first question? The first question should be “Where are his clothes”. The location of his clothes would in itself answer most of the questions.
No one has even hinted at where the clothes ere.
Apparently the perp had a naked fetish thing. This would make the underwear description make sense.
What doesn’t make sense is how he got past security cameras and all the rest.
As mentioned in earlier posts, charging the perp with breaking and entering and also body can footage will tell more of the story.
