This was the definition that Greg Kelly referenced on his show last night. The SFPD effed up by including this charge as it certainly implies David and Paulie knew each other.
See Post #54. The charges may be correct under CA law, but they still seem to suggest that the perpetrator must know the victim in order for the charges to hold up in court.
