From what I gather, a person in underwear, wandering around the city streets of S.F., isn’t all that unusual.
I saw it while walking between the Art Museum & my hotel on a nice sunny afternoon. A black guy was pantsed by a couple of goons, maybe so they could steal what was in his pockets or settle debts. The black guy was pretty distraught and the perps were pretty cold & bold doing that in broad daylight. I doubt I'll ever go to SF again. What a hell-scape.
