Biden: ‘Main Driver of Food Prices’ Is Packaged Goods, So People Will Buy Cheaper Raisin Bran
Breitbart ^ | 28 October 2022 | IAN HANCHETT

During an interview with Nexstar Washington Correspondent Reshad Hudson aired on Thursday’s edition of NewsNation’s “Rush Hour,” President Joe Biden stated that his administration is bringing food prices down and that “the main driver of food prices” isn’t the elevated price of things like beef or eggs, it’s in packaged goods, so you will “see people not buying Kellogg’s Raisin Bran, you’re going to see them buying other Raisin Bran, which is going to be a dollar cheaper.”

After spiking several weeks ago, it appeared eggs were coming back down at our local Aldi, to ~$2.60 / doz for std. large white eggs. That’s still well over double what they were last year. This week they were back up to, IIRC, $3.43, which is over 3x.

Luckily we have a small flock of almost too productive free range (usually) chickens. (But they do get some feed, and feed is up at least 50% here, too.)

My friend attended the NY State Public Employee Federation convention for union delegates this week. It seems the unions aren’t as democrat as expected. Report is, it could be 50-50. And the red hats weren’t taking the BS anymore from the union leaders or dem candidates representatives.

Someone called out, ‘is this a union convention or the democrat convention?’ Speakers became visibly angry and nervous. One black preacher was a called a racist for spouting equity nonsense. My friend had a great time making contacts with other like minded delegates.

Someone should tell Biden all that food comes by truck, and his policies raised the price of gasoline and diesel.

Since the percentage of pricing is the topic:

Experts say the actual COST of making Covid vax or boosters is $1.18 a DOSE.

Feds have been charged $30 for each dose-—over 2500% in price. Don’t know what price has been passed on.........

NOW-—Pfizer is announcing that after 1-1-2023, the Feds will no longer be buying the Vax & boosters——

The price for EACH DOSE to Americans will be $130 -—FOR EACH DOSE !!!!

That == 11,017 % markup-———

But Biden is after the oil companies for ‘price gouging’-—

For a family of 6= $780 for every round of doses demanded...
