In less than 4 years, without much help from anyone other than- Ross, Mnuchin, Lighthizer and Navarro, President Trump was reshaping things to the benefit of the USA and the people. Ending wars and aggression. Trying ACTUAL diplomacy by meeting with the likes of Putin and the Norks.
Got peace in the Middle East as more countries seemed to come to the realization that peace is better than continual war with Israel.
Working with the Saudis.
All the while, slowly but surely isolating China and doing his best to get investments out of there, to countries not as adversarial to the US and its interests.
Then they elected a moron and his VP, that likes yellow school buses, and all of that has gone to sh*t in less than 2 years.
I’ve been following this commentator on China for a while. She seems to have excellent insight on Chinese politics, much more so than “journalists” from mainstream agencies. Well worth a listen. Note, you can speed it up by going to the little gear at the bottom of the video and adjusting the playback speed. I run it up to 2X. At this link she suggests that Xi’s new dream team is entirely focused on Taiwan.
