Nobody expects Germans to run back and beg, their crop of puppets in charge are too dense to realize that it is their only hope.
They aren’t in charge forever. There would be sensible people in charge of weaker Germany in future.

sure, they might use Russia to supply 10% of their needs, but after Russia's extortionist "supply games" this year, no way will Europe *ever again* put itself in a position where they are dependent on Russia and vulnerable to its blackmail

LNG is helping Europe be free of Russia ... and there will be more LNG in Europe's future
