I have very little respect for this person, for what she
did here.
Courts heavily weigh the children’s desires at the ages
of these children.
This 100% success rate witch, was able to hoodwink the
judge.
How many guys can tell you if alienation takes place
after divorce, where their kids respect for the dad
is decimated by the joint custody or custodial mom.
It’s not my intent to say all moms do this. It’s when
they do, that the dad becomes the wicked guy that the
kids shun visitation with.

So a judge ordered the state to kidnap children and transport them 346 miles away from their home. Any reason for that distance other than to disadvantage the father?

I was that guy, I won and got Full Custody and she got monitored visitation at my discretion.
Here in the South the judge usually asks a kid 12 or older who they want to live with and goes by that. Its hard to make teenagers stay somewhere they don’t want to be.

This is EXTREME psychological abuse; essentially inflicting deep psychological trauma followed by pacification by inducing hopelessness that things can be reversed. The subjects are cowed into acquiescence, then persistently diverted into how wonderful Stockholm Syndrome can be one you give up.
All involved in the forcible reloc should not see the Sun rise tomorrow.
Whatever it takes to destroy the family.
