Even Philly fraud needs to build on a base level of legal votes. Normally there are also a lot of, alas legit, liberal votes coming out of Philly along with the extra fraud. If their base is dispirited and doesn’t vote, or worse votes GOP, its harder to win with the fraud alone. I’m sure thinking about “win one for Fetterman and Biden” will amp that base.

As you note, holding the seat of power is what the commie dems are all about. Their voters knew of the unstable mental situation with Biden which meant that an unknown person or persons would in fact be running this Republic. They will try their cheat and steal of elections as long as they can get by with it. Donald Trump has shown the whole country what the communists will do given the power of the presidency.
