I personally think we are at the point that anyone with a
little time/money can change a lot of the outward looks they
show. The real human attribute is how they mix / accept or
reject the other groups. jmo

In Brazil, you never see whites marrying someone black or indigenous although people of mixed origins will be married to whites provided they are not too dark.

If you are from Latin America and you are of unmixed Euro ancestry you are WHITE period. As far as mixing with others is concerned, there are certain groups in the US classified as “white” who have historically shown alot of endogamy (such as Jewish and Greek Americans in the NY area).
