From another story: Unfortunately for members of the ‘Scientific Rebellion’ activist group when it came time to close up for the night, VW locked the doors and switched off the lights and heating.

According to the protestors, the carmaker supported their right to protest but neglected to give them ‘a bowl to urinate and defecate in a decent manner while we are glued.’

I've been waiting for someone to handle protestors like this.

And the salt in their wound: VW says it supports their right to protest. So, they aren't calling in the police to remove them.

How many of these protestors brought solvent to unglue themselves from the floor? My guess: none.

They'll be demanding VW unglue them and let them go home in a few days.
