No, a destroyed EU manufacturing, production base does, a crippled economy with 1000 percent increase in fuel bills, food shortages, commodities shortages , currency crash, EU citizens suffering en masse,…….western governments are now disintegrating, fracturing.

That’s winning. Two things are clear, Vlad keeps Crimea and the rich Donbass provinces, and he keeps filling his wallet while the West goes deeper into bankruptcy. Best part- the West can do nothing about it. Weak, lame leadership.
