A lot of how this works spilled out during the Trump Ukraine impeachment fiasco.
Victoria Nuland, Fiona Hill, COL Vindman, Eric Ciaramella etc etc were not only pushing the Ukraine Maidan Coup of 2014, they were virtually intertwined with George Soros' Open Society NGOs. There were revolving doors with personnel going back and forth from State to the White House to the CIA to the Soros NGOs in the leadup to the coup.
The Trump Ukraine impeachment hearings were just a brief window of clarity, but they served to show that our deep state traitors are only loyal to the Schwab-Soros vision of "Global Homogeneity" aka "Globo-Homo.
