Globally - across the globe - economists are signally many economies are in or headed to recession. Demand for oil will maybe be stable but mostly likely turning lower. As that demand os reduced, Opec is prudently - in its view - planning to lower production as well. If you are Oped it makes sense.
Biden has no counter, because he insists on making U.S. oil production lower instead of higher.
What he wanted to do with his green agenda is to get credit, with the greenies, for cutting U.S. CO2 emissions by deliberately lowering U.S. oil production and then increase CO2 emissions from all the foreign oil sources. But they are not cooperating with his sham agenda.
And they impeached trump for the exact same thing that president potato head is doing.
