Its only stunning if you aren’t paying attention and still naively believe that the FBI is an even-handed law enforcement agency. For everyone else, this is expected.

The FBI needs to be dismantled replacing it with a new agency with strict limits on its domestic law enforcement powers and firewalls to keep all politics out of the agency.
