Russia fired cruise missiles at cities across Ukraine during rush hour on Monday morning, killing civilians and knocking out power and heat, in what President Vladimir Putin declared to be revenge for Ukrainian attacks including on a bridge to Crimea.
The missiles tore into busy intersections, parks and tourist sites in the center of downtown Kyiv with an intensity not seen even when Russian forces attempted to capture the capital early in the war.
Explosions were also reported in Lviv, Ternopil and Zhytomyr in western Ukraine, Dnipro and Kremenchuk in central Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia in the south and Kharkiv in the east.

Let me know when you leave.
You have asked that more than once. I'm curious why you think that should matter at all to anybody?
For that matter, in our country who would even know about President Putin's family?
For them (Biden and American Prog Socialist Democrats), inefficiency isn’t a bug. It’s a feature.
So you admit that for modern Russia Corruption is a Bug, ... and for modern America, Corruption is a Prog Socialist Democrat Feature.
Think about that for a while.
At what point does the world condemn Russia for its war crimes? At what point does Ukraine get permission to copy Russia and target Russian civilian populations in Crimea and border cities within Russia that contain transportation hubs supplying Russian troops.
Maybe it is time for the war to go feral and let civilian blood flow in the street, especially Russian blood. I hope not. I hope that wars can be fought with some respect for the lives of non-combatants. But Ukraine cannot be expected to tie its hands behind its back and not match war crime for war crime.

Sometimes referred to as, skin in the game.
Putin combined with a very thin layer of boyars makes the leadership very top-heavy.

Similar to the Russian army; many generals and a huge number of grunts on the bottom.
Not much in the middle.
IMO to maintain this act requires a great deal of bread, circuses, and redirection of public perception from reality.
I did work with a few Russians and they claimed most of the younger ones have internet access and a fair acquaintance with the west.
True or not I’m unsure.
It is also a standard political question.
It is probably a bit fallacious, but a guy has to have some fun?

Sadly most of the US electorate is at best uninformed; just look at all the BS spewed by the current administration.
They expect it to be lapped up.
Had Bidens family matters been widely reported would he have been elected?
In defense of Ukraine, they certainly have some HOT CHICKS (as the Beatles also noted). The question for guys looking for chicks not poisoned by us universities is whether the hatred in those babes can be controlled.
I think not...
“ So you admit that for modern Russia Corruption is a Bug, ... and for modern America, Corruption is a Prog Socialist Democrat Feature.”
Apples and oranges. The corruption that is Russia is one problem. The Democrats desire to remake the united states of America into a socialist nation is another.
Neither are the good guys. Yet you vociferously cheer for one of those two.
Yeah, but do they have the chips?
The perfect Double Standard of the American Left.
Funny, about that (as in odd.) The truck allegedly carried the bomb, tho’ that is disputed by many who have scrutinized the vids in slo-mo and frame by frame over and over. But, for purposes of discussion, I’ll go with truck bomb.
In an operation that probably took weeks if not months to plan and put together, particularly to get by the Russian security scanners, much less the rest of the logistics, why was the truck in the wrong lane to maximize the damage? It certainly was not blocked by a bunch of traffic.
Dang, that is SO reminiscent of a vid I saw years ago in a documentary about the Afghans fighting the Russians (except the Afghans are up against a Russian tank and the commander is screaming, as translated by the subtitles, “Shoot the f***ing rocket!!!”)
Extra bonus — on the sidebar is a link to the Chief’s - Raiders’ game ongoing highlights. Another shootout... ;-)
Identical? How many of the US’ elite have fallen out of high windows this year?
You would be surprised to find out that there are very little domestic components in the US systems, electronics is mostly of Chinese make.
Well, the US Elite Democrats and Neocons are perfectly safe, but do the Roseanne Boyland and Ashli Babbit Murders count? Or John Anderson who mysteriously died in custody?
None of those are high level individuals part of a ruling elite, and there is no indication they were corrupt unless you are making that accusation. So, no.
You are sure consistently inept with your attempts at deflection.
Oops, sorry, Darya Dugin was murdered by a Uke Nazi Terrorist bomb the same Deep Swamp tried to False Flag onto Putin, because they're up to their eyeballs with Ukraine Nazis.
Why hate them for grifting?
You seriously think you wouldn’t if you were in Zelenskyy’s shoes? If you were him, would you resist the hostile takeover by Russia or just cave in?
Option 3: would you have done what Yanukovych did - steal a billion dollars out of the Ukrainian banks (an investigation into that fraud is still ongoing); take a massive bung from Putin to crash his economy; and hand the keys to the Kremlin; and leg it to Russia after triggering a civil war for Putin’s benefit.
Nuland and Obama responded to Ukraine (under Poroshenko) reaching out. It’s not like America had no interests at all in Ukraine and USA & UK both signed the Budapest Memorandum, and we both sat on the UN Security Council.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing. But that was then. This is now.
Poroshenko’s been out of power for 3 years.
Azov supporting Rada were voted out.
Far more progress had been made on minsk 2 under Zelenskyy than minsk 1 under Poroshenko.
An armistice negotiated in 2019 had held up all the way to February 2022 - the DNR reported 3 combatant deaths in January in the Donbas and ZERO civilian casualties.
Between August 2021 and December 2021 the USA, NATO and Ukraine did everything short of making a picture book with crayon to tell Rusdia that the “NATO open door” would be kept open while Ukraine satisfies pre-membership conditions on a level of producing pigs that fly and generating snowballs in hell.
And finally the Poroshenko prohibitions on Russian were being contested by a Russian speaking president. He had resistance in the Rada still, but elections could’ve resolved that.
Zelenskyy was unpopular precisely because he was bending over backwards to accommodate both sides.
There’s literally nothing happening in Ukraine that didn’t overtly tick Russia’s list of demands.
The only thing that didn’t change is Putin still had a retarded hard-on for his Novorussiya Kyiv takeover, and Zelenskyy wasn’t going to let it happen.
Putin realised that another year wouldve seen the corruption in Ukraine prosecuted, Azov demilitarised, and every publicly stated demand met... But with Ukraine still firmly opposed to following Belarus into butt monkey status. He was surrounded by hawks, and is not as stronk as he once was.
So when Pushilin declared independence woth an electoral mandate of maybe 1000 collaborators and the troops under his command, AND ordered the civilian evacuation of Donbas on the most ludicrous of lies - that Z was absolutely going to invade and genocide the Russian speakers within days - Putin thought, “that’ll do, pig.”
I bet Putin has hindsight too. He would’ve been better off having a lavish state dinner with the hardliners and the gangsters trying to hijack territory in Ukraine, and serving a polonium borscht.
That comment was long, boring, and totally unconvincing.
Please attempt to justify your statement that the corruption of America and the corruption of Russia are the same.
This should be fun.
