Russia fired cruise missiles at cities across Ukraine during rush hour on Monday morning, killing civilians and knocking out power and heat, in what President Vladimir Putin declared to be revenge for Ukrainian attacks including on a bridge to Crimea.
The missiles tore into busy intersections, parks and tourist sites in the center of downtown Kyiv with an intensity not seen even when Russian forces attempted to capture the capital early in the war.
Explosions were also reported in Lviv, Ternopil and Zhytomyr in western Ukraine, Dnipro and Kremenchuk in central Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia in the south and Kharkiv in the east.

Too bad your 80 year history of Nazi Atrocities perpetrated by Ukrainians earned that punishment.
It was dumb luck more weren’t killed today. Russia has been heroically bombing a Ukrainian apartment building nearly every day lately. I guess those are “infrastructure” now in the fevered minds of Putinists.

“every day”
Okie dokie.
Putin’s Nukes are around the corner.
Maybe it would be wise to stop playing the “Let’s cross Putin’s red lines, I bet he’s bluffing this time” game?
“Once States start mobilizing for war it’s like
a snowball rolling down hill.“
This is what everyone is overlooking, and history shows us your comment is exactly right…..especially in Europe.
Cheer up.
Here’s some footage of some Russian speaking Ukrainians, in Ukraine. One, Vanya, is taking his time with the MANPAD, while a Russian cruise missile approaches.

Less civilian casualties BY ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE compared to civilians fried in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Who thinks war is like playing golf? War is brutal and civilians are known to perish.
The good news is, I bet a lot of these missiles are nuclear capable. The more they use on Ukraine, the fewer they have to fire at NATO targets if this gets really ugly. They don’t have an infinite supply.
Russia has more natural resources thanany country on earth. I can’t visualize Russia running out of materials to build anyting. Only reason Russia is not rich is their communist system which basically discourages competition.
Sean Penn and Susan Sarendon, both marxists, had a movie in 1995 called “Dead Man Walking”.
When I think of Putin these days I’m reminded of the title to that movie.
Don’t think it’s Putin that you need to worry about.
“taking down electricity is 101 textbook war fare”
Yes, and WWII saw cities carpet bombed. Think Dresden.
But the fact of who invaded whom remains.
As does the fact that Russian shells are hitting buildings near electric systems….accuracy is lacking. And held territory is shrinking.
And the Ukrainian flag flies over Kiev.
I think the Holodomor evened that score.
Russia hasn’t been Communist for a long time. It’s a thug State run by a thug and his cronies. Corrupt, and corruption isn’t efficient.
I can’t visualize Russia running out of materials to build anything.
Only reason Russia is not rich is was their communist system which basically discourages discouraged competition.
All three statements are correct.
Well, regardless of whether you are a Putinista or a Zelensky fan, you gotta kind of admire ole Putin. Anything he puts in his mouth could be a quick end, sleep at night must be troublesome for him, walk outside and catch some lead in your head or a Mack Truck loaded with concrete hits your limo broadside.
But, the Oligarch’s are going to have their way with him, sooner or later! I would take that bet!
War is hell. Both sides are pounding each other. Not our busniess, except, the man of peace, would have already come to a solution
The REAL War is here!
A russian missile is less accurate than a dumb bomb dropped from a B52.
Also they are probably out of those missiles now.
Don’t care! Yrying to save America from Marxits HERE!
