“Russia is running out of missiles” is a logical conclusion ... Russia used a lot, they require high-tech electronics to make, and Russia is now isolated from those crucial parts by sanctions
Ukraine is quite capable of drawing those conclusions by themselves, they don’t need us

Silly conclusion since every country currently sanctioned is also breaking the sanctions. Either way, if they are running operations based off these conclusions, all the more reason they shouldn’t be getting free money.

Sure they are. And I don’t say that glibly.
The Russians and the Chinese (and who knows?) for a long time have spent millions and maybe even billions on trying to influence forums like FR because these forums are quite often used by politically connected people to gauge public opinion.
The responses to each article posted here are a kind of public opinion poll.
The responses can be used by politically connected people to formulate policy and other people may also be swayed by what they perceive as “majority” opinions.
So there’s good reason for some people to think they can influence politicians by influencing people on FR and other forums.
That’s why Yahoo and so many other media took down their opinion forums. The spin of their liberal articles was getting destroyed by the conservative responses in the comments. And it was affecting policy...like who got to be President in 2016.
