@disclosetv · 28m JUST IN - PayPal spox on $2,500 fine: "An AUP notice recently went out in error that included incorrect information. PayPal is not fining people for misinformation and this language was never intended to be inserted in our policy... We’re sorry for the confusion this has caused."
Darn. I was looking forward to suing them for big damages.
Do a search for Zelle and fraud. I think you’ll want to stay away from them.
Confusion?
There was no confusion.
None.
BOL!
Open B$ like what they planned to do in the dark, never flies very well in our world when exposed to the light and fresh air.
The Salvation Army and State Farm are examples of what happens when the B$ is exposed.
I closed mine and it is staying closed. I don’t like threats.
too late already deleted my account.
People are dumping them by the gross loads. Most mentioning they won’t go back because they don’t like threats.
Sorry PayEnemy, words have consequences.
BTW, Hunter Biden’s laptop story from the NY Post, would that still be misinformation in your book?
I wish I could have threatened to close my account, but I already did that six years ago.
Well, I stopped using it, cancelled the credit card it was billing to....but they continue to refuse to actually CLOSE my account, and I still get policy updates via email.
It was no mistake. They are lying. It was fully intended. I am at this moment creating an Emoji with my right hand and aiming it in their general direction.
Now I must edit my latest addition to https://peacebyjesuscom.blogspot.com/2022/05/quoracom-censored-why-are-so-many.html
I closed mine an hour ago.
Make sure your money is out. Must transfer out before closing.
I’m done with them, account cancelled.
Be sure to delete your data first.
Too late...
I do not believe this latest...
Already quit paypal 2 days ago...
Assuming that the reason for this backtrack is a mass of people quiting...
Just the idea that it was floating around paypal shows where their mindset is.
PayPal user agreement fining users up to $2,500 for promoting ‘misinformation’ was sent ‘in error,’ spox says
A PayPal spokesperson said that the updated Acceptable Use Policy was sent out ‘in error’
