I am still struggling to get rid of the exhaustion following Covid. Bloth Blue and my walks have been neglected because all I want to do is sleep. Grrrrr. I’ve got to get some riding (and hiking) in before Winter puts a kibosh on everything.
Just don’t push too hard...relapses are not allowed.
