If Kemp stays in, the cheaters are happy.
Kemp won’t lift a finger to root out the election corruption in Georgia.
Brian Kemp...the lesser of two weasels...
She damn near won, last go-round. And DeSantis beat Gillum by a measly 0.4%. I hope that Trump has awakened the country to what’s going on.
Everyone knows Trump is errr… I mean Kemp is a illegitimate governor….
Stacy Won the last election!
Almost as bad as them white supremacists! /s
Her saying unborn babies don’t have hearts should catch her right up /s
Stacey is not worried...
She’s just getting ready for her VP run in 2024...
She’ll claim victory anyway!
She’ll run for Prez and settle for VP!
I was just going to ask, were the rats 🐀 planning on cheating for her?
She is more than obese with a funny walk, an ugly smile with gapped teeth, and an evil manner and criticism against anything Conservative.
In a word; obscene
Don’t even think it.....we sure don’t need to hear her sing!!!! Bad enough we have to see her mug on the campaign ads....
Limping!
Not at the risk of having a hardline Marxist win.
I won’t claim to know what is going on. However, I had one thought before recent polls that I want to share.
I’m getting political T.V. adds here in Georgia. As usual, Democrats seem to run about five adds for every one from Republicans. The ad against Kemp shows him answering a reporter’s question. It goes something like this: “So you are against abortion under any circumstance?” “Yes.” “Under any circumstances at all?” “Yes.” Brian Kemp - too extreme for Georgia.
Now to liberal Democrats, this is a great gotcha video clip. However, I think some Georgians recognize and appreciate his obstinate sincerity. Some even agree with his position. I suspect some Black Georgians read the man and liked what they saw.
Democrats and Blacks have a complex history. Democrat slave owners taught religion and taught that they cared for slaves. Times have changed but many foundational beliefs have not. Blacks still have Christianity, a gift in my opinion. Blacks still want those in power to take care of them. The last is a card the Democrats play well.
I don’t really know Kemp, but it’s easy to project Christianity and paternalism into the man. Democrats spent good money showing us Brian Kemp, thinking that he was hanging himself in his own words, when in fact he may have gained more votes than he lost.
It reminds me of the time Al Gore was asked who he wanted the Republicans to nominate. He said Ronald Reagan because he would be easy to beat.
But if the candidate sucks, that can work against them, as people get tired of their ads.
“Honestly, if I were in GA, I’d vote for the Libertarian or write in a candidate. It’s all rigged there anyhow, so it’s worth making a statement.”
I will be voting for Kemp and Walker in November. Every vote for a third-party candidate reduces the true gap between Kemp and Abrams and Walker and Warnock that any ballot shenanigans have to overcome.
Imagine the wonderful life for us if Moochelle is President and Stacey is VP...🙄
“the lesser of two evils.”
It is unlikely that any of us will ever consider a choice between two candidates as anything other than picking the lesser of two evils. That’s because everyone is somewhere on an infinite spectrum of subjects. What are the odds that someone you don’t know would vote the same way on every issue you might find defining? Pretty small. The best we can ever hope for is hitting a majority of our top issues. And it is likely that even when we have an ideal candidate that he’ll vote down something you’d rather he vote up on. That’s life.
Just to make it more interesting, they trade their votes. “I’ll vote for your bridge to nowhere if you fund my social project.” That’s how it has been and always will be. If you tried to tell your guy to only vote for his core values, he would likely mentally roll his eyes while saying, “Yes of course I will.”
Your post sums up a frequent discussion on Free Republic, namely, whether to vote for a Republican who is too liberal to suit you, or vote for a 3rd party/independent as a protest vote.
I have seen many discussions here, where someone will say they prefer an actual Democrat win an election, rather than some “RINO” type Republican.
