Super scary here in Cape Coral. We hear the wind whipping and whistling. Water water everywhere. Eyewall should be hitting us any time now. Just passing over Sanibel. Power flickering.

Hope you stay safe through this monster storm.
Plant City is north of where landfall will be - but per the webcam I’m watching there, the wind and rain have really picked up in the last hour or two.
Winds from the northeast at 25 mph. That’s up about 15 mph since the middle of the night. Barometric pressure is 29.68 and dropping.
Some car traffic out there. Haven’t seen any CSX trains lately. As of last night, CSX had not closed any terminals but were restricting intermodals in and out of Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville.
