I had not heard that - no doubting at all just want to understand more. Why did the NHC lie on purpose? I’ve always considered them the gold standard and it is the site I visit to stay informed. Thanks.

Hurricane Irma was predicted to follow the coast of Sarasota but instead
it changed course in FT Myers and went straight and thru
Desoto Polk and Hardee .

The NHC later apologized and basically said it did not care about the interior population but worried changing the warning for coastal residents .

NHC are Complete Jack A$$es and dont trust them .

Is the NHC part of NOAA which is part of big govt. run by the commies? Maybe that's the answer why all they do is lie and lie some more.
