I had not heard that - no doubting at all just want to understand more. Why did the NHC lie on purpose? I’ve always considered them the gold standard and it is the site I visit to stay informed. Thanks.

It's all NOAA. Some think NOAA is just another part of big govt. all designed to destroy the country under Brandon/obama leadership. Ever wonder why there are no category 5 storms? How they miraculously stop at 155 mph and remain a 4 forever? That is until we raise enough hell and they reclassify storms like Andrew to what it really was a 5. Not a 4.
