Built to withstand Hurricanes. Loss of power/water would be a concern.

Anything that new is built to withstand hurricanes. Reinforced concrete structure, roofs strapped/bolted down to the walls, etc. Is damage possible, yes. Biggest issue would be flooding, not the winds.
