Whatever is in this bill that is not authorized by the Constitution makes this bill/future law null and void.

I was watching the floor debate on this, and when the Democrat manager yielded time to Liz, that was the ultimate proof, if there is any necessity for it, of where she belongs, which is not on our side of the aisle.
The only good thing about it was that we know it is the last gasp of a traitor before running into the darkness. Other traitors in our history, from Benedict Arnold to Fritz Kuhn and beyond, were never accepted by the enemy they attempted to support; the same will happen to Liz when she tries to get the approval of the Left upon her departure from Congress.
This unconstitutional legislation confirms that President Trump’s challenge to the bogus 2016 vote count was perfectly legal.
Just wait until after November and the repubs will overturn all that stuff. Right? Hello? Bueller?

Interestingly, the bill supposedly updates and amends the Electoral Count Act of 1887 -- which itself contains some blatantly unconstitutional measures.
There seems to be a lot of young people that think Socialism is great because you don’t have to work too hard as the government will supply all your needs. What they don’t realize is that once you are of no use to the government your next ride will be in a box car.
You can’t trust a traitor, even when they come over to your side.
They’ll do the same to you if the situation changes and it turns out to benefit them.
Remember when conservatives liked Bush and Cheney even more? I thought they were okay until the gulf war raged on and Bush became open borders and to hell with what middle class Americans want I started to really dislike them, and then it comes out that Mrs. Bush was pro-abortion and seemed much more liberal after he left office I realized they were nothing but charlatans all of them. And now we know the Clinton-Bush-Obama axis of covert evil. My daughter was a young teen at the time and a couple of her friends would talk about and recommend little documentaries of how the WTC bombings were actually an inside job or at least sanctioned, in those days my mind wouldnt entertain it. These are no longer those days.
